Who can attend?
Wildside Retreats welcomes participants of all gender identities and expressions who believe that a women’s retreat is the right space for them. We welcome women (cis or trans) and non-binary folks of any race, size, background, and experience levels who are 18 years of age or older.
What skills are required?
Our retreats are open for wild women of all skill levels, from beginner to the advanced explorer. Your experience will be customized to your individual skill level.
What accessibility accommodations are provided?
We currently do not provide sign language, deaf accommodations, and/or vision impairment accommodations. However, we would love to incorporate accessibility accommodations for future retreats as we continue to grow our company. More to come!
What is provided within the retreat package?
Camping: Please bring your own camping equipment if you have your own. Basic camping equipment (tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads) will be provided for participants at an additional cost. Camper vans, car campers, and overlanding rigs are welcome at the campsite.
Rock Climbing: Rock climbing sessions are led by AMGA certified female rock climbing guides from Uprising Adventure Guides. All essential gear and equipment will be provided. Prior experience is not required, but we recommend all participants to thoroughly read the retreat descriptions before booking.
Yoga &/or Meditation: Certified yoga instructors will lead classes during the duration of the retreats. Some classes will vary depending on the retreat location and instructor. Prior experience is not required, but we recommend all participants to thoroughly read the retreat descriptions before booking. Yoga mats, blankets, and blocks will be provided.
Food & Drinks: All food and beverages will be prepared your camp host or camp leader. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be provided.
Carpool: Carpool will be arranged between group leaders and participants from basecamp into the park. If you choose to carpool, entrance fees will be covered.

What do I need to bring?
Comfortable shoes for trails, light hiking, or scrambling rocks (climbing approach shoes or hiking shoes recommended)
Weather appropriate apparel that is comfortable for all day wear
Small day pack for carrying water, snacks and other essentials
Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel 60 days or more before the start date to receive a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Between 30 and 60 days before the start date, participants will receive a 50% refund.
Less than 30 days before the start date, participants will not receive a refund, no exceptions.
If Wildside Retreats cancels due to weather, participants will receive a full refund, minus a 5% administration fee.
If a participant has booked a retreat but has tested positive for COVID within 30 days before the start date, a full credit of the purchased retreat cost will be issued towards the cost of another retreat or merchandise. Participant will not receive a refund, no exceptions.
Full refunds will be provided if retreats are cancelled due to changes in state, county, or federal regulations.
We strongly recommend purchasing trip protection to cover any unforeseen cancellations.
Group Discounts
You may be eligible for a group discount if you have a group of 4 or more. Please contact us if you are interested in additional information.
Payment Plans
Participants who pay for the retreats using PayPal are eligible to use their “PayPal Pay in 4” buy now and pay later plan. PayPal Pay in 4 allows customers to split purchases into 4 interest-free payment installments.
